KATHMANDU: A father has attacked his own children with acid in Solukhumbu.
According to sources, Mohan Baraili, 55, of Solududhkund Municipality-5 attacked his 25-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter with acid in his drunken frenzy Monday evening.
Solukhumbu police informed that the daughter sustained minor injury in the attack whereas the condition of the son is critical.
Both the injured are undergoing treatment at the District Hospital, Phaplu.
An investigation has been started after taking the accused under control.
