CPN-UML’s SC meeting kicks off at Chyasal



KATHMANDU: The Standing Committing (SC) of of the main opposition CPN-UML has started at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation in Chyasal, Lalitpur.

According to UML sources, the SC is scheduled to discuss various issues related with forthcoming 10th General Convention of the party.

“Tuesday’s agenda include various issues related with the 10th General Convention,” Sher Bahadur Tamang, the Central Office Secretary said, adding, “The meeting will nominate delegates to the convention.”

Tamang informed that five percent of the delegates will nominated by today’s meeting.

Earlier, the meeting scheduled for Monday was postponed for Tuesday citing busy schedule of the leaders.
