NC Gen Secy Koirala leaves for India



KATHMANDU: General Secretary of Nepali Congress Shashanka Koirala has left for India.

Leader Koirala is accompanied by central member Deepak Giri, NC Shankhuwasabha District President Deepak Khadka and Koirala’s personal aide Bharat Tiwari.

According to Tiwari, the team will pay a visit to Pradeep Giri and lawmaker Karma Ghale who are undergoing treatment a hospital in Mumbai.

NC leaders have started frequenting their visits to India with the 14th General Convention on the threshold.

Recently, Deputy General Secretary Prakash Sharan Mahat had gone to India at the invitation of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

It is learnt that General Secretary Koirala is said to have gone to India at the Invitation of BJP.

He will return to Nepal on Monday.
