NC holding office-bearers meeting today

To dwell on cabinet expansion, 14 Gen Convention



KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress (NC) is holding an office-bearer meeting even today.

The meeting will take place at the parliamentary party office in Singha Durbar at 3 pm.

The meeting will be focused on the cabinet expansion, 14th General Convention and issues surrounding the dispute of active memberships, said an NC leader.

In the meeting held on Wednesday, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuaba, who is also the president of the NC, had said a discussion would be held again in the next meeting since other ruling coalition parties are yet to submit the name-list of ministers.

Meanwhile, NC senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel has expressed dissatisfaction saying that no discussion was held in the party while appointing ministers.
