NEPSE decreases by 51.65 points

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has decreased by 51.65 points on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.

With today’s decline, the index has come down to 2862.18 points.

A total of 19.41 million shares of 218 companies traded 91,075 times resulting in a turnover of 8.32 billion.

The Sensitive Index, which measures the trading volume of large companies, also declined by 7.53 points and closed at 528.34.

According to Nepse, investors of Radhi Power Company have earned the highest rate of 9.71 percent per share today.

Investors in Kalika Power Company have lost the most at 5.60 percent per share. Shares of Nepal Reinsurance Company had the highest turnover of Rs 543.03 million today.

Numerically, Sunrise First Mutual Fund had the highest number of 1,316,515 shares and Hydro Electricity Investment and Development Company had the highest number of 3,797 shares.

Nepse has stated that the indices of all groups have decreased today.
