RPP for free and fearless polls environment

KATHMANDU: Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) has asked the government to conduct elections in a free and fearless environment on the basis of an all-party consensus.

Saying that solution of the existing problems could be found out from people’s mandate, the RPP shared that the party was in favor of election. The proposal passed by RPP Central Secretariat Work Execution Committee meeting stated that a serious question has surfaced how to go for election during this coronavirus pandemic, adding that, free and fearless election could not be held without controlling the coronavirus pandemic.

Stressing the need of full implementation of the constitution, rule of law and its respect, the RPP urged the government to control coronavirus by mobilizing all state resources. Similarly, the party also requested the government to immediately initiate the campaign to vaccinate the citizens against coronavirus.
