Japanese Ambassador pays farewell call on President Bhandari

KATHMANDU: Ambassador of Japan to Nepal, Masamichi Saigo paid a farewell call on President Bidya Devi Bhandari at the President’s Office in Shital Niwas on Tuesday.

On the occasion, bilateral relations, mutual interests and concerns between Nepal and Japan were discussed, according to the President’s Office.

Ambassador Saigo is returning home after completing his two-year and nine-month tenure in Nepal.

President Bhandari thanked him for his role in strengthening the friendly relations between Nepal and Japan through various programs.
