India confirms 10,792 new COVID-19 cases; 80 deaths



NEW DELHI: India recorded 10,792 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 11,015,863.

Currently, 148,882 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 10,710,483 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 156,400-mark.

With 80 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 156,498, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
