12 companies in pipeline for issuing IPO

KATHMANDU: A dozen companies have applied before the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) a seeking permission to issue an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

Out of the companies that have applied before the board, it has put three of them in the preliminary review.

Three other companies have been reviewed and comments have been sent, while six companies are still in the review period.

Meanwhile, IPOs of 11 companies have been issued this year and 12 companies are in the pipeline.
