PM Cup: Pradesh 2 sets 180-run target for Bagmati



KATHMANDU: Pradesh 2 has set a 180-run target for Bagmati Pradesh in a match being held under the Prime Minister Cup Men’s National Cricket Tournament on Friday.

Electing to bat first after winning the toss, Pradesh 2 notched up 179 runs losing all wickets in 48.2 overs at Mulpani Cricket Ground.

Pradesh 2’s batsman Bibek Yadav top-scored with 66 runs, Kumar Thapa made 22 runs while Rahul Pratap Singh contributed 18 runs.

In reply, Bagamati’s Gautam KC grabbed highest four wickets, Ram Naresh Giri took two wickets while Nandan Yadav, Tilak Bhandari and Bipin Acharya took one wicket each of Pradesh 2.
