KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Bagmati Province Assembly has been postponed until October 27 after holding a debate on the motion of vote of confidence tabled by Chief Minister Ashta Laxmi Shakya.

Voting in the motion did not take place Thursday.

After the discussion on the no-confidence motion, Speaker Sanukumar Shrestha adjourned the meeting till October 27, stating that further procedures would be carried out on the same day.
