Samling Power Company issues IPO



KATHMANDU: Samling Power Company has issued initial public offerings (IPO) from today.

The company has issued 730,000 units of primary shares worth Rs 73 million for Rs 100 per unit.

Of them, 14,600 units of shares (2%) have been allocated for staffers of the company, 36,500 units of shares (5%) have been allocated for collective investment fund and the remaining shares have been issued for the general public.

Subscribers have to apply for a minimum of 10 units of shares to maximum 20,000 units by October 25 starting today.

Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been picked as the issue manager.
