CPN-UML holding Standing Committee meeting today



KATHMANDU: Main opposition CPN-UML has called a Standing Committee (SC) meeting today.

To be held at Tulsilal Memorial Foundation in Lalitpur at 4 pm, the SC meeting will dwell on five agenda items, UML party office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang confirmed.

The SC meeting will review the recently held First UML Statute General Convention, discuss ward conventions slated for October 23, municipal conventions scheduled to be held on October 26, the National General Convention, and reflect on the loss of life and property due to post-monsoon mayhem.
