Govt decides to recall ambassadors appointed by KP Oli-govt



KATHMANDU: The government has decided to withdraw ambassadors appointed by KP Oli-led government.

Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Gyanendra Bahadur Karki informed after Tuesday’s cabinet meeting that it decided to call back the politically appointed ambassadors.

“It has been decided to recall all the politically appointed ambassadors,” Minister Karki said.

Along with the government’s decision, Nepal’s Ambassador to the United States Yuba Raj Khatiwada among many others will be vacating their positions soon.
