Nepse takes nosedive in first 31 minutes



KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has witnessed a steep fall in share prices on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

The benchmark index plummeted by 83 points to land at 2615.08 in the first 31 minutes after the market opened today. The Nepse went down by 3 percent during the period.

Out of the 183 companies coming into transaction, the price of 177 companies has decreased and that of only five companies has gone up.
