Maiyungkhola Hydropower Company to issue IPO



KATHMANDU: Maiyungkhola Hydropower Company is issuing initial public offerings (IPO) on July 29.

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had given permission to the company to issue the IPO. The company will issue 736,286 units of shares worth Rs 73,628,000 for Rs 100.

Subscribers can apply for a minimum of 10 units of shares to maximum 100,000 units of shares.

The company has already allocated 14,726 units of shares, 36,814 units of shares for staffers. The remaining 684,746 units of shares have been allocated for the general public.

Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager.
