KATHMANDU: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has today appointed Dr Yuba Raj Khatiwada as the non-resident ambassador of Nepal to Costa Rica. Dr Khatiwada is the resident ambassador of Nepal to the United States of America.
The appointment has been made in accordance with Article 282 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the Office of the President stated.
