KATHMANDU: The opposition parties have decided to take an “appropriate decision” in the next two hours, CPN Maoist Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal “Prachanda: has said.

Emerging out from a meeting held at Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba’s residence in Budhanilakantha on Friday, Prachanda said, “We will take an appropriate decision in an hour and a half.”

“We discussed the President’s call to the political parties on government formation,” he said, adding, “Various options have been discussed on how to move forward. We will make a decision soon.”

A meeting of the opposition parties was held at the residence of the NC President in Budhanilkantha to decide on the parties’ future steps.
