JSP leader Bhattarai calls to resolve imbroglio invoking Article 76 (5)

KATHMANDU: Federal Council Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Dr Baburam Bhattarai has suggested that the current imbroglio should be resolved pursuant to Article 76 (5) of the Constitution, rising above the partisan interest.

Tweeting on Thursday evening following the call to form a new government by President Bidya Bhandari on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, leader Bhattai called on the parties to forge consensus on the formation of the new government.

President Bhandari has given Friday 5 pm deadline (21 hours) to form a new government on the recommendation of the cabinet meeting held on Thursday.
