KATHMANDU: Justices at the Supreme Court, Dr Kumar Chudal and Nahakul Subedi have taken an oath of office and secrecy today.
At a program organized at the Supreme Court, Chef Justice Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana administered the oath of office and secrecy to both justices.
Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Leelanath Shrestha, members of Judicial Council, and justices of the Supreme Court were present on the occasion.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari on Monday appointed them to the post after Federal Parliament, Parliamentary Hearing Committee, approved their name.
