ANFA and Mediciti sign MoU for the treatment of footballers

KATHMANDU: All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) on Sunday signed a medical memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Nepal Mediciti.

According to ANFA sources, ANFA’s Medical Committee Chairperson Niroj Khadgi and Mediciti’s General Manager Bijay Rimal signed the MoU at Dasharath Stadium in Kathmandu.

The agreement with Mediciti covers the medical treatment cost of national team footballers, both men and women, national team players of different age group, players Women’s Football League, A, B and C division players, former footballers, former ANFA officials, incumbent executive committee members and members of various standing and other committees.

ANFA has already signed an accidental MoU with Prabhu Insurance which will include national team players, players from ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’ division clubs, ANFA staffs, board of directors and academic staffs in case of any accidents.
