Pradip Giri diagnosed with tumor



KATHMANDU:  Lawmaker and Nepali Congress (NC) leader Pradeep Giri has been diagnosed with small tumor on the left side of his neck.

According to the hospital sources, a small tumor was found outside the left neck of leader Giri.

He is undergoing treatment at the Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai, India.

The hospital has informed that there is no need to worry as the tumor has not spread anywhere. Doctors are also conducting other medical tests and further treatment will be done after looking at the report.

NC leader Giri had gone to Mumbai for treatment one week ago due to health problems.

NC vice president Bimalendra Nidhi had gone to Mumbai on Thursday to meet him. Nidhi met Giri on Friday morning and took the updates.
