Maoist Center Chair Prachanda in Baluwatar after holding talks with Nepal



KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda has reached Baluwatar after holding a meeting with CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal.

Prachanda reached Baluwtar immediately after holding talks with leader Nepal at the latter’s residence in Koteshwor this morning.

Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Chairman Upendra Yadav also met with Nepal after Prachanda, according to sources.

After securing the vote of confidence on Sunday, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba is now making preparations to expand the Council of Ministers.

Coalition political parties are finalizing the issue of power-sharing today.

Currently, there are ministers from the Nepali Congress (NC) including Prime Minister Deuba and two from the Maoist Center in the Deuba cabinet.
