Home Minster Adhikari holds meeting with ministers of internal affairs



KATHMANDU: Minister for Home Affairs Khagraj Adhikari has held discussions with the Ministers for Internal Affairs of all seven provinces in Singha Durbar Sunday.

According to Janak Raj Dahal, the spokesperson at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Home Minister Adhikari called for a meeting of all internal affairs ministers to discuss about the disaster management and  the province government’s preparation to tackle it.

However, sources claim that the discussion included the preparation for the election as well.

The meeting was also attended by Inspector General of Nepal Police Shailesh Thapa Chhetri, Inspector General of Armed Police Forces Shailendra Khanal and Chief of the National Investigation Department Ganesh Adhikari.
