Province 1 Assembly adjourned in three minutes



BIRATNAGAR: The first meeting of the winter session of Province 1 has been postponed only after three minutes of its start.

According to sources, the meeting was adjourned after reading a letter from the Province Chief convening the session.

Earlier the national anthem was played in the hall. Immediately after reading the letter of the province chief, the Speaker informed that the meeting was postponed.

Prior to this, a meeting of the task management advisory committee had decided not to let the leaders of any faction of Nepal Communist Party speak in today’s session.

Generally, on the day the winter session of the province assembly begins, the leaders representing various parties are allowed to address the assembly.
