Unified Socialist to get two ministers in Province 2; to be sworn in on Sunday



JANAKPURDHAM: The CPN-Unified Socialist has decided to join the government in Province 2.

The party will get the Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment; and the Ministry of Law, Justice and State Affairs.

Earlier, the party was undecided about joining the government due to the uncertainty of the ministries.

The Unified Socialist has decided to send its parliamentary party leader Shatrudhan Mahato (Dhanusha) and lawmaker Pramod Yadav (Siraha) as ministers.

While Mahato will be appointed as the Minister of Industry, Tourism, Forest and Environment; Yadav will become the Minister of Law, Justice and State Affairs.

The swearing-in ceremony of the new ministers will be held on Sunday, according to a provincial government source.
