Two killed in road accidents in separate places



KATHMANDU: Two people have died in road accidents in separate places of the country.

The deceased has been identified as Mukesh Sardar, 22, of Ramdhuni municipality-1, in Sunsari district.

Mukesh died after a motorcycle, Pradesh No. 1-02-003 Ha 3078, he was riding met with an accident at Jalpa petrol pump in Itahari Sub Metropolitan City on Monday night.

Critically injured Mukesh died in the course of treatment at BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan.

Similarly, 21-year-old Man Bahadur Gurung died in a tractor accident at Marsyangdi rural municipality-3, High School Danda yesterday evening.

Originally from Dordi rural municipality-4, Gurung was carrying iron rods when the accident took place.

According to police, he was crushed to death after the iron rods fell over him while driving drown the road.
