POKHARA: Chief Minister of Gandaki Krishna Chandra Nepali Pokhrel has said that good governance cannot be maintained without proper implementation of the Constitution.
Expressing good wishes on the occasion of Constitution Day today, he said that political stability could be maintained through a constitutional rule.
“For political stability, the government, political parties, civil society and all the people need to increase their belonging and faith in the Constitution and increase ownership towards it,” he said.
