Indian PM Modi holds telephone conversation with PM Deuba

Early supply of COVID-19 vaccines to Nepal assured



KATHMANDU: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi have held telephone conversation on Monday afternoon.

In the conversation Indian PM Modi assured PM Deuba of early supply of Covid-19 vaccines to Nepal and the latter thanked the former for warm words of congratulations. PM Deuba took to Twitter Monday to inform about the telephonic exchange.

Earlier, Indian PM Modi congratulated PM Deuba via Twitter after the latter secured the vote of confidence in the parliament late Sunday.

Meanwhile, PM Modi took to Twitter Monday as well to inform about his exchange with PM Deuba.
