Green Life Hydropower’s IPO allotted



KATHMANDU: Green Life Hydropower Company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been allotted on Friday.

BoK Capital, the sales manager, distributed the IPO at the company’s office in Kathmandu.

The company had announced more than 34.96 ordinary shares including the 1.68 million shares previously unsold to the locals and 1.8 million other shares in the IPO.

The company received applications from 2,337,942 applicants for the purchase of 23,976,600 shares.

The company stated that 325,165 people received shares at the rate of 10 shares each person whereas two lucky ones managed to bag 11 shares each in the IPO allotment.
