Nischal Raj Pandey appointed CEO of Sanima Bank



KATHMANDU: Nischal Raj Pandey has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sanima Bank.

The Board of Directors of the bank decided to appoint Pandey as the CEO for a four-year term with effect from January 26, 2022. Incumbent CEO Bhuwan Dahal is retiring on January 25.

Dahal, who is also the outgoing president of Nepal Bankers’ Association, is leaving after completing his two terms in Sanima Bank.

Newly-appointed Pandey is a 47-year-old graduate in finance and holds a bachelor’s degree in science. He began his banking career from Nabil Bank in 1995. He is with Sanima Bank for the past 8 years.

He has experience working as a resource person at Nepal Banking Institute and is also a director at Sanima Capital.
