KATHMANDU: Outgoing Vice Chairman of CPN-UML Dr. Bhim Bahadur Rawal has been entrusted with the responsibility of the party’s advisor.

Rawal has been appointed as a member of the Central Advisory Council of the UML, informed General Secretary Shankar Pokharel.
