PM should take initiative to resolve SC dispute: Socialist Chair Nepal



KATHMANDU: Chairman of the CPN-Unified Socialist Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that the stalemate seen in the Supreme Court (SC) should be resolved as soon as possible.

Giving a brief response to a journalist’s query at the inauguration program of the state party office in Dhangadhi on Thursday, he said that the problems that have arisen at the SC should be resolved quickly in a conducive environment.

He also said that Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba should also take initiative for this.

“It has been decided to draw the attention of all parties to this and the prime minister should take the initiative in his own capacity,” Chairman Nepal said.
