KATHMANDU: A Standing Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) is taking place at the central party headquarters at Paris Danda in Koteshwor.
The SC meeting began at 8 am, informed Maoist Center Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal alias Prachanda’s press coordinator Bishnu Sapkota.
According to Sapkota, the meeting is dwelling on organizational issues of the party among others.
The Maoist Center is holding ward level conferences across the country on October 30 and municipal conferences on November 20.
Similarly, the Maoist Center is holding national conference of the party from December 26 to 28.
