NC calls PP meeting on Wednesday



KATHMANDU: Main opposition Nepali Congress has called a parliamentary party (PP) working committee meeting.

The meeting will be held at Lhotse Hall of the federal parliament building in New Baneshwar at 2:30 pm on Wednesday.

The meeting will dwell on the contemporary issues including the COVID19 that is taking a toll on the country.

NC whip Pushpa Bhusal said the meeting will hold discussions on the budget session, COVID-19 pandemic, its prevention and control among other issues.

The meeting has been called at a time when the government is dillydallying to summon the budget session.
