America’s COVID-19 cases cross 33.7 million

WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 33,743,794 in the United States of America after 21,715 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 5,949,507 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 27,193,785 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 600,502 with 337 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broken out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 3,403,682 and infected 164,253,049 globally until the filing of this news.
