YCL to hold national conclave from June 11

KATHMANDU: The Young Communist League Nepal (YCL), a youth organization close to the CPN (Maoist Center)  is organizing a national conclave from June 11-13.

YCL Chairman Ram Prasad Sapkota said that a meeting of the YCL has decided to hold a national conclave in Kathmandu on June 11, 12, and 13.

The YCL was merged with the Youth Force after the unification of the then CPN (Maoist Center) and the CPN (UML).

The then CPN-UML and the Maoist Center have gone to the pre-unification stage following the Supreme Court (SC)’s verdict on March 8 to annul the unification between the two communist parties.

According to Chairman Sapkota, the meeting has also decided to register 200,000 members to the organization.
