Leaders of Madhav-Jhalanath faction headed toward Baluwatar return from mid-way



KATHMANDU: Leaders of the disgruntled faction of the CPN-UML heading toward Baluwatar to participate in the Parliamentary Party (PP) meeting called by Prime Minister KP Oli returned from mid-way without reaching the venue.

Lawmakers of the disgruntled Madhav Kumar Nepal and Jhalanath Khanal faction, who had gathered at the Heritage Garden in Sanepa had headed toward Baluwatar to attend the PP meeting.

They, however, returned without reaching there, party sources said.

Lawmaker Laxmi Chaudhary said that she returned to Singha Durbar from mid-way after she received a call from the leaders of the dissident faction.
