Meeting with the representatives of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), governor Adhikari said that an awareness program would be launched in all provinces in collaboration with the FNCCI regarding the refinancing facilities provided by the central bank.

He said that everyone’s attention was now on restoring the industry and business, adding that legitimate demands would be addressed.

FNCCI President Shekhar Golchha, Vice-President Dinesh Shrestha, Bank Insurance and Finance Committee Chairman Sahil Agrawal, Film and Entertainment Forum President Aakash Adhikari, and Deputy Director-General Gokarna Awasthi were present to meet the Governor.

The federation has also put forward some demands that have already been fulfilled. The federation has asked to extend the repayment period of the loan by three more months.

The federation has urged to play a special role in simplifying the process of business continuity loans.
