America’s COVID-19 cases cross 24.4 million



WASHINGTON: The number of COVID-19 cases has reached 24,476,343 in the United States of America after 168,853 new cases were reported in the country.

Currently, 9,644,322 are undergoing treatment at various hospitals and isolation wards across the country while 14,424,861 have recovered from the pandemic.

Similarly, the death toll linked with the coronavirus has reached 407,160 with 1,804 new deaths so far in the country, according to the latest figures collated by Worldometer.

Broke out in Wuhan City of China in December 2019, the coronavirus has killed 2,038,934 and infected 95,455,450 globally until the filing of this news.
