KATHMANDU: Dr. Bhishma Adhikari has been appointed as the Central Office Secretary of the CPN-UML.
UML General Secretary Shankar Pokharel, Deputy General Secretary Bishnu Rimal, Outgoing Office Secretary Sher Bahadur Tamang among others welcome Adhikari to the post.
After Tamang was nominated as a member of the standing committee, Adhikari became the office secretary.
