Manushi Laghubitta and Sanima Life Insurance to issue IPO

KATHMANDU: Manushi Laghubitta and Sanima Life Insurance Ltd. are issuing initial public offerings (IPO).

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has given permission to these companies to issue IPO.

Manushi Laghubitta is issuing 393,750 units of primary shares worth Rs 39,375,000 and Sanima Life Insurance Ltd will issue 6,000,000 units of IPO worth Rs 600,000,000, said Rupesh KC, the Information Officer of the SEBON.

Manushi Laghubitta had applied for permission with the SEBON on April 26 and Sanima Life Insurance on May 23, 2021.

Out of 6 million units of IPO to be issued by Sanima Life Insurance, five percent (600,000) will be allocated for staffers and collective investment fund.  Remaining 54% units of shares will be issued for the general public, said the public.

Prabhu Capital is the issue manager of the Sanima Life Insurance while Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited is the issue manager of Manushi Laghubitta.
