Province 2 CM Raut expanding Council of Ministers today

To induct two ministers from Maoist Center



JANAKPURDHAM:  Chief Minister (CM) of Province 2 Lalbabu Raut is going to expand the Council of Ministers on Saturday.

After the CPN (Maoist Center) decided to join the government, Chief Minister Raut is planning to expand the cabinet.

The Maoist Center has already picked a minister to join the government. A Parliamentary Party (PP) meeting of the Maoist Center held on Friday decided to send PP leader Bharat Sah as a minister and Ruby Karna as a minister of state.

Sah, elected from Mahottari Constituency 1 (B), and Karna, a proportional MP from Saptari, will take oath today itself, said Dilip Kumar Sah, whip of the Maoist Center PP.

According to sources, Sah, who is about to become a minister representing the Maoist Center, will get the responsibility of the Ministry of Finance or Social Development. Earlier, in both these ministries, there were ministers from the Yadav-Bhattarari faction of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP).
