Senior litterateur Subedi succumbs to COVID-19



KATHMANDU: Senior litterateur Rajendra Subedi who was infected with COVID-19 has passed away on Monday morning. He was 76.

Subedi was undergoing treatment for COVID-19 at Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center since the last few days.

Born on August 3, 1945 in Panchthar, Subedi has written over three dozen literary works including poems and essays.

Subedi taught Nepali literature at Tribhuvan University for 37 years.
