India’s COVID-19 cases cross 11.4 million

NEW DELHI: India recorded 28,869 new coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours, taking the caseload to 11,438,464.

Currently, 236,008 are undergoing treatment at various isolation centers and hospitals. Meanwhile, 11,043,377 have returned home after treatment.

Similarly, the number of deaths from the coronavirus in India has crossed the 159,070-mark.

With 187 deaths in a single day, the number of deaths from the virus has reached 159,079, according to the latest figures by Worldometers.
