NA elections: EC calls on political parties for registration



KATHMANDU: The Election Commission (EC) has called on the political parties for registration to take part in the National Assembly (NA) elections to be held on January 26, 2022.

The elections are being held for 19 posts of lawmakers that are going to be vacant on March 4.

The political parties have to file applications for by December 25 to take part in the NA elections.

The electoral-list will be made public by January 1.

Nomination filing for candidatures has been scheduled for January 4.
