Pradeep Udaya elected as RPP’s Lumbini Province Chairman



BUTWAL: Pradeep Udaya of Rupendehi has been elected as the chairman of Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Lumbini Province.

In the first state convention of RPP held in Bhairahawa, Udaya was elected Cby getting 256 votes.

Another presidential candidate, Rishi Raj Devkota of Banke, got 194 votes.

According to Chief Electoral Officer Dilip Kumar Mallik, out of 524 voters, 484 votes were cast and 34 votes were invalid.

Thirty-two state members have been unanimously elected from the convention.

According to the RPP’s statute, a full meeting will be held after the chairperson nominates 25 percent of the members.
