NEPSE decreases by 52.41 points

KATHMANDU: Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd has decreased by 52.41 points on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.
With today’s decline, the index has come down to 2969.69 points.

A total of 28.28 million shares of 219 companies were traded 167,9378 times resulting in a turnover of Rs 15.48 billion.

Likewise, the index of all groups except microfinance has declined. The microfinance index increased by 2.62 percent. Investors in CEDB Hydropower Development Company earned the most on Wednesday.

Its share price has increased by 9.90 percent.

Similarly, First Microfinance, Union Hydropower, RSDC Microfinance, Community Microfinance, and others are the companies whose share price is increasing by a maximum number.

Investors of Joshi Hydropower, Gorkhaj Finance, Nepal Hydropower Company, Chyangdi Hydropower, Ankhukhola Hydropower Company, Best Finance Company, Panchakanya Mai Hydropower, and others have born lost today.

Nepal Reinsurance Company has the largest share in the total turnover even today. The company has been occupying the highest turnover since Tuesday. The company has the highest turnover in Nepal Reinsurance and the second-highest turnover of Himalayan Distillery.

Nepal Reinsurance Rs. 609.01 million and Himalayan Distillery’s Rs. 555.7 million 53 thousand shares were traded. The share prices of the two companies with the highest turnover have declined this day. 3.73 percent of Nepal Reinsurance i.e. Rs. 72 and the final price is Rs. 1,858 and 6.8 percent of Himalayan Distillery at Rs. 349 to close at Rs. 5,389 has been maintained.

The microfinance group’s index rose 2.63 percent on Wednesday, while the rest fell. On this day, the index of the finance group has decreased the most by 6.8 percent.

Similarly, the indicators of hotels and tourism group declined by 5.14 percent, banking by 0.47 percent, the commercial by 2.54 percent, and development bank by 4.4 percent.

Similarly, the indices of hydropower decreased by 4.75 percent, non-life insurance by 2.6 percent, manufacturing and processing by 3.17 percent, others by 2.98 percent, life insurance by 2.18 percent, mutual funds by 0.18 percent, and investment group by 2.54 percent. Is Shares of CEDB Hydropower Development Company rose 9.90 percent in Wednesday’s double-digit decline.

On this day, the share price of the company was Rs. 66 and the final price is Rs. 733 has been maintained. Along with CEDB Hydropower, First Microfinance, Union Hydropower, RSDC Microfinance, and Community Microfinance are among the five companies with the highest price increase on this day.

Shares of First Microfinance increased by 7.20 percent, Union Hydro by 6.44 percent, RSDC Microfinance by 5.62 percent, and Community Microfinance by 5.23 percent today.  Joshi Hydropower by 9.94 percent, Gorkhaj Finance by 9.92 percent, National Hydropower by 9.91 percent, Chyangdi Hydropower by 9.88 percent, Ankhukhola Hydropower by 9.85 percent, Best Finance by 9.78 percent, Panchakanyamai Hydro by 9 percent. Ghalemdi Hydro by 9.75 percent, Divyashwori Hydro by 9.72 percent, Multipurpose Finance by 9.72 percent, and Nepal Finance by 9.70 percent.

Similarly, shares of Pokhara Finance decreased by 9.58 percent, Progressive Finance by 9.52 percent, Samridhi Finance by 9.41 percent, Panchthar Power by 9.29 percent, Himalayan Power Partner by 9.11 percent, and Solti Hotel Limited by 9 percent.
