‘NC, JSP and Maoist Center will form new govt after March 18’

KATHMANDU: CPN (Maoist Center) leader Barsha Man Pun has said a coalition government of the Nepali Congress, Janata Samajbadi Party and Maoist Centre will be formed after March 18.

Talking to reporters after the Maoist Center’s parliamentary party meeting held at Singha Durbar Tuesday, Pun claimed a new coalition government would be formed after March 18 following JSP’s internal discussion on the same day.

The party held its first parliamentary party meeting Tuesday after the Supreme Court reinstated the House of Representatives.

“JSP will be sitting for discussion on March 18. After JSP’s meeting concludes, power-sharing among the parties will be finalized,” Pun said.

He added the coalition was natural as the three parties had stood united against Prime Minister KP Oli dissolution of the HoR.
