Three students injured in a clash between two factions of NCP in Kathmandu

KATHMANDU: Three students of the Prachanda-Nepal faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) have been injured in an attack by the students of Prime Minister KP Oli-led faction on the premises of RR Campus in Kathmandu on Tuesday.

Bishal Rijal, Dilip Khadka and Deepak Basnet have been injured in the attack. They are currently undergoing treatment at Model Hospital in Kathmandu.

The clash erupted over the issue of performing the Saraswati Puja on the campus premises, students at the college said.

Meanwhile, the students affiliated to the Prachanda-Nepal faction have filed a complaint with the police seeking action against students involved in the attack.
